Pilates is a mind-body exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Exercises are performed on a mat on the floor. It focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness and control through precise, controlled movements. Pilates emphasizes breathing, concentration, and alignment, promoting balanced muscle engagement and improved posture.
If you love sports such as Golf or Pickleball, Pilates is for you!
Modifications provided.
Please bring a mat, towel and a 6- or 7-foot stretchy band.
