The Winnipeg MFRC Veteran Family Program (VFP) is dedicated to supporting the successful transition to civilian life for medically releasing CAF members and medically released Veterans, along with their families.

We offer information about available resources, navigational supports, and referrals and as well as specialized transition programs, including therapeutic workshops.
